TRANSPORT SERVICE

TVC cooperates with local transport and logistics agents in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines to provide transport and fulfillment services for our customers at competitive prices, with quality service and utmost assurance.

Thailand – Vietnam

• Time: ETD ranges from 1 – 2 days (air cargo), 3 – 7 days (land transport, and 8 – 10 days (sea freight).
• Price: 
  • The land transport rate starts at 3 USD/kg, with more discount rates applied for > 100 kg.
    • < 10กก.: total cost 30 USD/parcel
    • < 100 กก.: 3 USD/kg
    • < 500 กก. discount >5%; < 1000 กก. > 10% discount; > 1000 contact email thaivietconnect@gmail.com
  • Sea freight fee: starting price estimated at 600 USD/container 20″ (tax and tariffs are not included). ETD is 8 – 10 days from the port of departure. Import duties might be applied depending on the types of goods. Importers and exporters are required to have import-export licenses.
  • Air cargo fee: starting price 30 USD/kg. ETD is 1 – 3 days from the port of departure. Depending on the type of goods, import duties might be applied. Importers and exporters are required to have import-export licenses.
• Steps to follow:
  1. Senders provide full details of the parcels (or preferably invoices + packing lists of the shipment) to get our quotation -> agreement of service fees, and related information.
  2. Stick the TVC Transport Slip on your parcel, send it to our nearest warehouse, and make the full payment. Input details and pictures of the slip and your delivery at the warehouse into our system here. You can check the tracking of your parcel here
  3. TVC transports the parcels to their destination. When recipients receive the parcel, they check it again within 24 hours and notify us immediately if they have any complaints. Otherwise, it is considered a done service.

• Insurance:
  • Our basic transport insurance covers 30 USD compensation, free of charge.
  • Additional transport insurance for high-valued goods is optional, covering 30% to 100% of the total value.

Price calculation

The price is calculated from the weight and dimensions. Total weight can be calculated from gross weight or by dimension as follows: Total weight = w*l*h/5000. Some types of goods might be subject to import charges due to changes in customs regulations, which will be informed in advance before delivery.

TVC, in cooperation with local agencies, provides trade facilitation and import-export services for businesses and individuals in Thailand, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia.
